Well the one thing different is this was an older stalk, it had sat on the plant after the bloom was gone for quite some time. Not sure if it will bloom true, so we shall see.

Yes Cheryl keep trying. I also just used my regular potting mix(black gold AV)which I add course perlite to. In the past I've tried different potting medium, now I use the same mix for everything....

Thank you all. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I know chimeras don't bloom true from leaves, but the other day for the heck of it I put a leaf down. I'm kinda looking forward to seeing what I get.
